This Privacy Policy applies to the Photo Whisper mobile application and related services operated by Holubova s.r.o. (the “Service Provider”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14 September 2026.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. Holubova does not retain that information or use it for tracking.
Precise location information
Photo Whisper does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because Photo Whisper does not collect personal information through normal use, Holubova does not share such information with third parties.
Data Retention
Photo Whisper does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain a server-side personal memory archive for ordinary use.
If photos, notes, tags, favorites, reminders, sorting choices, or history are stored by the Application on your device to provide its features, they remain local to the device and are not received or retained by Holubova on its servers.
If you voluntarily contact Holubova outside normal application use, for example by email, information you provide may be retained only as needed to respond to your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
Where Photo Whisper stores photos, notes, tags, favorites, reminder settings, history, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using any available in-app deletion or clear-data controls, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application, as applicable.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to Holubova outside normal application use, such as by sending an email, you may request deletion by contacting support@holubova.ink.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. Holubova does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because Photo Whisper does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through Holubova systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure, and reasonable safeguards are applied to systems and information lawfully held.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Holubova, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Holubova may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting Holubova.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to Holubova and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
